How to buy a painting from Perfeito Studio
There is no online checkout at Perfeito Studio — you browse the catalog, fill a short form on the artwork page, and it opens a WhatsApp conversation directly with the studio, artwork details already attached. From there, the studio confirms availability, prepares the Acquisition Agreement and invoice, and arranges payment and shipping with you directly, case by case.
Browsing the catalog
Every available work sits inside one of five series — Heart of Chaos, Matter & Silence, Luminous Rebirth, Black & Gold, and Terra & Ether — each on its own page in the gallery, with medium, dimensions, year, and price listed alongside the image. Because the studio does not carry a fixed inventory the way a shop does, the honest way to look is by what a piece needs to do in your space: scale against a specific wall, palette against the room, and whether you are drawn to the density of Black & Gold or the openness of Terra & Ether.
Each work also gets a short audio piece, in English and Portuguese, where the description is read aloud — useful if you would rather listen while you look at the image than read a wall of text. There is no lookbook or PDF catalog to download; the site itself, page by page, is the catalog.
Starting the conversation
Once a piece catches your eye, the artwork page has a short form — name, e-mail, and WhatsApp number. Submitting it does not place an order or trigger any charge; it opens WhatsApp on your device with a message already drafted, naming the piece and its archive details, addressed straight to the studio. From that point you are talking to Alyne Perfeito herself, not a sales team.
You do not need to have decided anything before writing. A first message can be as open as asking whether a piece is still available, requesting a detail photo of the surface texture, or asking how a specific size would read against a wall of a given width. The same channel handles a straight private acquisition and a private offer below the listed price — both are read and answered the same way, and a private offer is considered individually rather than accepted or declined automatically.
Confirming availability and documentation
Because each piece is a single original with no editions, the studio confirms directly whether it is still unsold before anything moves forward — a listed price does not guarantee a piece has not already been reserved by an earlier conversation. Once availability is confirmed, the studio shares full documentation: high-resolution images, a technical sheet, and — on request — detail and reverse photos of the canvas.
The paperwork that comes with a confirmed acquisition is fixed regardless of which piece it is: a signed Certificate of Authenticity carrying the work's own archive number, a fiscal invoice or official receipt, the Artwork Acquisition Agreement covering transfer of ownership and image rights, an artist dossier, and care and preservation guidance. None of this is optional or upsold separately — it is what every acquisition includes, by default.
Payment and shipping
Payment terms, method, and timing are worked out directly with the studio for your specific order — there is no fixed installment plan or online payment processor built into the site, and quoting one before your situation is known would not be accurate. What is fixed is who covers what: shipping is paid by the buyer, along with any import duties or taxes charged in the destination country.
Within Brazil, shipping is quoted by postcode and takes up to 15 business days depending on destination. Internationally, it is quoted per destination on request — there is no flat international rate to quote in advance, since it depends on the piece's size, the destination, and current carrier rates. Every shipment leaves in professional packaging, and transit insurance is available. If you would rather skip shipping altogether, collecting the work in person is also possible.
Viewing a work in person
The studio does not run a public showroom, but part of the collection is temporarily on view in a partner space in Brasília, by appointment made through the same WhatsApp conversation. If an in-person viewing matters to your decision — checking a color in daylight, or standing back to judge scale — ask for it directly when you write in; it is arranged case by case rather than posted as open hours.

I trained as an architect before I trained as a painter, and it shows in how I answer a buying question — the first thing I want to know is the wall, not the sale. When someone writes asking about a piece, I usually ask back what room it is for, how the light falls in it, what sits nearest it. A painting that is right for a narrow hallway is often wrong for a double-height living room, and I would rather say so than let a piece go somewhere it will fight the space for years.
That is also why there is no cart on this site. A transaction you complete in thirty seconds tells me nothing about where the work is going; a conversation does. By the time we get to the agreement and the shipping quote, I already know the piece is going somewhere it was actually chosen for — which is the only outcome I am interested in, more than closing the sale quickly.
Frequently asked
Is there a shopping cart or online checkout on the Perfeito Studio site?
No. There is no cart and no online payment page. Each artwork page has a short form — name, e-mail, and WhatsApp — that opens a WhatsApp conversation directly with the studio, with the artwork's details already in the message. Availability, payment, and shipping are then arranged with you directly, not through an automated checkout.
Do I need to pay a deposit to start the process?
No payment is required to start a conversation or ask about a piece. A deposit only comes up if you and the studio agree to hold a specific work while other details are settled, and that is discussed case by case in the WhatsApp conversation, not charged automatically.
Who pays for shipping, and does the studio ship abroad?
Shipping is paid by the buyer, together with any import duties or taxes in the destination country. Within Brazil it is quoted by postcode and takes up to 15 business days depending on destination; internationally it is quoted per destination on request. Professional packaging is included and transit insurance is available. Collecting the work in person after purchase is also possible.
What documents come with a purchase?
Every acquisition includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity with the work's archive number, a fiscal invoice or official receipt, the Artwork Acquisition Agreement covering transfer of ownership and image rights, an artist dossier, and care and preservation guidance. These are the same for every piece, not an optional add-on.
Can I offer less than the listed price?
Yes. A private offer can be submitted for any listed work through the same form and WhatsApp conversation used for a straight acquisition. Each offer is reviewed individually by the studio rather than accepted or declined by an automatic rule.
Can I see a painting in person before deciding?
There is no public showroom, but part of the collection is temporarily on view in a partner space in Brasília, visitable by appointment arranged through the same WhatsApp conversation. Ask for a viewing when you write in if seeing the work in person matters to your decision.
